This course is a 100% online live instructor-led webcam session covering the specific regulation regarding the fatal flaw and the 3 required consecutive error-free mock tests. A signed Error Correction Training Affidavit will be provided upon completion of training.

Note: Error Correction Training must be completed within 30 days of the fatal flaw being discovered by the collector or other service agent. If the collector is unable to complete Error Correction Training within the 30-day window, the collector must cease collecting until the required training is complete.
